FLAG INFRACTIONS AND PENALTIES

 

DELAY OF GAME- 30 SECONDS FROM WHEN BALL IS SPOTTED- 1 loss of down, 2 within 5 minutes- loss of possession

 

EXCEED 4 SECOND COUNT- 1 loss of down, 2 within 5 minutes- loss of possession

 

NO BLOCKING- The runner is down at the point of infraction

 

NO TACKLING- 10-yard Penalty from point of infraction

 

HALF OR GAME CANNOT END ON DEFENSIVE PENALTY- On the last play of the half or game the offense will receive one additional play

 

OFFENSIVE INTERFERENCE- Loss of down, no play

 

DEFENSIVE INTERFERENCE- Ball spotted at point of infraction and a 1^st down is given, except in the end zone, then the ball is spotted at the 3-yard line and a 1^st down is given

 

DEFENSIVE HOLDING- 10 yards and a 1^st down

 

FLAG GUARDING- Dead ball spotted at point of infraction

 

UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT- 15 yards and a 1^st down if on defense. 15 yards and a loss of down if on offense

 

PLAYERS OR COACHES RECEIVING 2 UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT PENALTIES IN 1 GAME WILL BE EJECTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FOLLOWING GAME.
